PAES is still a family company. Dr. Judith Swisher built the first lab in her own classroom, and her family leads the business today, alongside trainers, training specialists, and regional reps across the United States and partners around the world.

PAES was developed by Dr. Judith (Judy) Swisher, a transition teacher in Kansas, over thirty years ago. The validation of the PAES lab was the subject of her Doctoral Dissertation at the University of Kansas in 1998
Rebekkah Swisher
Co-founder & President
Rebekkah grew up with PAES in her mother's classroom and helped it expand nationwide over 30 years into a statistically validated tool.

Supports PAES operations and program growth, drawing on experience across public service, agriculture, community-based employment, sourcing, warehousing, and quality control.
