Every new PAES Lab comes with on-site setup and two days on site: one to install the lab and one for live staff training from a certified PAES trainer. Your team also gets the training video library, ongoing support, and access to the PAES Scan Lab Management System from day one.

What training covers

Standard PAES training for new sites includes everything your team needs

to run the lab confidently from day one.

Lab set-up

A certified PAES trainer configures the lab on-site. Your team doesn't need to be present: set-up is handled entirely by us.

One full day of live training

The single day your staff needs to be present. Focused on running the lab, scoring, and generating reports.

The full PAES video library is available to your team for initial learning, onboarding new staff, and ongoing refreshers, accessible any time via the PAES Scan Lab Management System.

PAES Scan Lab Management System access & onboarding

Your staff is set up in the app and walked through its scoring and reporting features during the training day.

Access to PAES technical support and training specialists after go-live, not just during the setup window.

In the 2026 PAES Customer Impact Survey of 307 educators, recently trained sites, whether new labs or established labs after a refresher, made more confident use of their PAES data than sites without recent training. That is why training comes with every new PAES Lab instead of being sold as an add-on, and why we suggest a refresher whenever new staff join.
