What is PAES?

PAES stands for Practical Assessment Exploration System. It replaces paper-based vocational testing with real work: students complete hands-on tasks across five vocational areas while a trained supervisor scores what they actually do. Peer-reviewed, refined over 35 years, and running in over 2,100 labs across 40 plus states.
